Tim Fehr Tim Fehr - President
Tim has been with Berkheimer throughout his 34 year career, joining the company in 1973. Tim has held various IT positions such as Computer Operator, Programmer, Programming Manager and Assistant IT Director. His entry into management was a promotion to Director of IT in 1985, followed by Vice President of Operations in 1991, and Executive Vice President in 1995.

In 2003 Mr. Fehr was promoted to the position he currently holds as President of Berkheimer Outsourcing. Tim holds a degree in Computer Science.
  Rick Strage- Director of Sales and Marketing
Rick is responsible for all Sales and Marketing efforts at Berkheimer. He has a breadth of experience in the Document Process Outsourcing industry with a strong background in both Sales and Marketing.

 
Kimberly Telepo Kimberly Telepo - Director of Client Services
Kim Telepo is responsible for planning and managing new client applications, maintaining close relationships with existing clients and bringing to bear her extensive knowledge of the company’s processing workflows.

Ms. Telepo has been with Berkheimer since 1994 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Elizabethtown College and a Masters of Arts in clinical psychology from Western Carolina University.
Robert Fehnel Robert Fehnel - Director of Print and Mail Operations
Bob Fehnel is responsible for the Print & Mail department, as well as contributing to client services in the implementation of new clients. His extensive experience in the field covers the vital areas of training, imaging, operations, programming, coordinating consultants and negotiating with vendors.

Mr. Fehnel has 34 years of industry experience and has been with Berkheimer since 1995.
Edward Fleck Edward Fleck - Director of Information Technology
Ed Fleck is responsible for planning, development, integration and operations of the IT and communications systems and services. He brings more than 25 years of IT and business management experience from a variety of companies in retail, construction, manufacturing and healthcare.

Mr. Fleck joined Berkheimer Outsourcing in 1994 and holds a degree in computer science and various technical certifications.
Tom Kolepp Tom Kolepp - Vice President of Operations
Tom brings more than twenty years of customer service leadership experience to the Berkheimer Outsourcing team. His background includes: operation of high-volume customer service centers; design, implementation and management of large-scale document imaging, archiving and retrieval systems; and, management consulting. Tom’s previous employers include leaders in the customer service industry such as American Express and APAC Customer Service.

Mr. Kolepp earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a graduate of Leadership Lehigh Valley and is active in the Bethlehem Morning Star Club of Rotary International.
